The Beiter Hit-Miss System is an innovative concept in archery, developed over 15 years by Werner Beiter. It is designed to give the archer a different way of aiming, hitting and counting. It is also easier and clearer for spectators.
No rings are counted, only hits - HIT - and non-hits - MISS - are counted. In addition, a hit can usually be perceived acoustically. Systems with different sized insert combinations are available, e.g. for Recurve or Compound.
The Beiter Hit-Miss Target is a 290x290x50mm foam target made of black PE, with a total of 6 holes for 2 different inserts each (e.g. 3xØ60mm and 3x40mm for Recurve or 3xØ40mm and 3x20mm for Compound).
