Flex Fletch Products

Flex-Fletch Products was the first archery manufacturer to develop an all-weather, flexible vane that archers could glue to any arrow shaft. In those days arrow shafts were either wood, aluminum or fiberglass. The vanes were first used in competition by Richard Mersch to win the Minnesota State Target and Wisconsin State Field Championships in 1970. In January of 1971 the Minnesota team won the Detroit Cobo Hall shoot and the March 1971 issue of Archery magazine carried the first Flex-Fletch Products advertisement - a full page inside the front cover.

Manufacturing was first done in the garage of Roger Grundman's family home. After two moves to larger, rented spaces FFP built his own plant where it currently manufactures the vanes and Flex-Bond adhesive.
