Before a 1782 leaves our factory in Ulm, each system is tested for precision and safety; then the bolt action rifle receives the official proof mark. But before that we have already manufactured the 1782 so precisely and assembled it with such meticulousness that we can give every rifle a guarantee on its way to the buyer - the ANSCHÜTZ precision guarantee! It means: Three shots fired in succession are no more than 28 mm apart. The decisive addition which makes the guarantee so valuable: The 28 mm are "enclosed". In other words: the outer edges of the hits on the target are no further apart than 28 mm!

The magazine holds three cartridges, is made of robust stainless steel and is therefore resistant to dust, dirt and water. Comfortable handling of the magazine due to the flat handy magazine base. The magazine, which sits securely and firmly in the magazine well, is particularly easy to remove. A light press with the foref¿nger on the magazine release lever, and the magazine slides out of the magazine well! "Fast Release!"
Made from the walnut wood of ancient forests, visually and functionally refined by non-slip "fish skin". Hard and resistant to deformation, natural and individual. No two shafts are alike. The rubber buttplate dampens recoil and holds the rifle securely in the shoulder when firing.
